Payments for completed, partially completed, scheduled, or initiated services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate materials, information, and communication necessary for project completion.
Delays caused by incomplete client communication do not qualify for refunds.

- Streaming increases
- Search rankings
- Media placement
- Viral exposure
- Commercial success
- CHARGEBACKS
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate termination of services and possible legal action.
- SERVICE TERMINATION
Illustrate Media reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at its discretion in cases involving abuse, fraud, harassment, or violations of terms.
